Délice de l'île would like to congratulate our inspirational managing director, Mr Wade Lyn on his national honours award.
Wade also has the prestigious honour of receiving a CBE for services to industry from HM Queen Elizabeth II Birthday Honours in 2013.
It’s a very special day for all Jamaican’s across the globe as we celebrate the 58
th anniversary of the country’s Independence.
After years of struggling with Spanish and British colonial rule, Jamaica was finally able to govern itself and its people.
Fast forward to 58 years later and we have seen tremendous growth in the country’s development.
Jamaica now has over 85 consulates around the globe to help its citizens across the diaspora.
In usual circumstances, we would celebrate with electrifying music, the smell of a jerk pan sizzling away whilst reggae vibes take over!
We know how to celebrate in style!
Due to the on going pandemic, it’s time to put our creativity to the test.
